Personalised sessions – You’ll receive three one-to-one consultations, fully tailored to your lifestyle and preferences. This is not a cookie-cutter plan, everything is designed around you.
Comprehensive report – At the end, you’ll get a detailed summary of our work together, including a clear habit roadmap, relevant shopping lists, and tailored resources to support you moving forward.
Continued support – Your programme doesn’t end with the final session. You’ll have exclusive access for one month to ask follow-up questions, get clarifications, and feel confident putting everything into practice.
