PwC
It’s always special kicking off the month of March, especially with International Women’s Day around the corner. It’s the time of year where clients put the spotlight on something I deeply care about - Women’s Health. Here’s the first of the series I conducted, kicking it off with PwC.
The employees at PwC made a special request to discuss gut health in women specifically. Nerd alert - this topic is my jam. At uni my dissertation was written on the topic about constipation. Go figure.
The participants left with easy, actionable nutrition strategies they can put into daily practice. One participant said it themselves:
“Love the tips and action points! I think those are attainable and it’s not a complete change of diet that is so hard to attain!”
As with all of my workshops, we kept things fun and interactive. My favourite is always the quiz! 🤓 Everyone did great and the top three winners got to take away a hamper from Little Farms, filled with gut-friendly snacks I had picked out for them.
Here’s what the team at PwC had to say:
“[Charlotte’s] speaking and presenting style is very suited for a corporate setting, knowing when and how to "hype" up the audience, especially after lunch is a difficult thing to do.
An impressive amount of work and dedication was also put into doing research on topics that our staff expressed interest in, as well as the overall concept that we were focusing on for the talk, which was women's gut health.
I was particularly surprised when Charlotte demonstrated her knowledge regarding some of the Curated Culture Drinks that we ordered for the event and how she incorporated it into a small segment about the gut microbiome, showing how she has a considerable understanding of the topic in Singapore's context as well.
Despite a short amount of lead time, Charlotte was able to put together an impressive amount of content that was targeted towards the interest and queries of our staff. Lastly, the prize hampers for the quiz were a very nice touch that the prize winners thoroughly enjoyed.”
