Thank you Prestige for recognising me in moments where I shy away from doing so!

I often get asked how and why I decided to pursue my career as a nutritionist. In short, I felt frustrated at how difficult it was to navigate the maze of information around nutrition!

I wanted to be equipped with the knowledge to help myself and my loved ones to live our best lives through the food we eat, and to improve nutrition literacy for everyone.

My mission is to continue sharing practical and useful nutrition tips—tips to help improve your health and relationship with food.
