Hear me out — snacking is a science and an art.

I spoke about the where, when, how, and whys of snacking at a workshop I conducted for the lovely folks at Seviora Group.

We explored how snacking can be transformed from mindless eating to a purposeful practice, and how one’s intentional snack choices can contribute to performance nutrition.

I introduced my Snacking Audit Tool to identify snacking triggers and better understand how to manage them in different circumstances.

Some of my favourite moments of a workshop are when I see those lightbulb moments happen! This was especially true when we explored how factors like sleep quality and the menstrual cycle can influence appetite and eating behaviours.

I also shared my practical 5-Step Intentional Snacking Framework to help the employees at Seviora approach each snacking occasion with more awareness and intention.

All of this was designed to support busy professionals in making informed nutrition decisions, even in the midst of a demanding workday.

One of the more interactive components was the Q&A, and I was happy to answer thoughtful questions on how these strategies can be applied into high-pressure work environments. I’m always grateful to have a thoughtful and interactive audience!
