PwC
Honoured to be back with PwC for International Women’s Day! Following last year’s session on Women’s Gut Health, this workshop focused on nutrition to support women across different life stages.
The session explored how women’s nutritional needs evolve over time, and how to better support energy, hormonal health, and long-term health through thoughtful, everyday nutrition.
We had close to 50 participants join the workshop in person, with a number of familiar faces from the previous session.
One of my favourite moments came after the session, when a few participants approached me to share how surprised they were to learn the importance of resistance training alongside nutrition, especially as we age.
What made this even more special was hearing that they intended to share this learning with their loved ones – a meaningful reminder that learning and impact can reach even more people beyond the room.
Across the workshop, three themes came through strongly in participant feedback:
Practical application: simple ways to build more balanced meals, including navigating options like hawker food
Clarity and confidence: understanding where key nutrients can be found in familiar everyday foods
Realistic strategies: approachable ways to meet nutritional needs without overcomplicating meals (because that’s the last thing we need as busy professionals!)
It was so special to return to PwC, and even more meaningful to see the learning impact and positive feedback.
